Our Focus on Member Health and Wellness Makes Us Much More Than a Health Insurance Company
Hometown Health is the health insurance arm of Renown Health and the largest not-for-profit health insurance company in northern Nevada.
Hometown Health grew its membership 9 percent in FY 2017 and now the organization provides health coverage for more than 138,000 individuals. Growth was seen across the board including our Senior Care Plus Medicare Advantage plan as well as in our commercial products that support businesses large and small.
But we are so much more than just an insurance company.
From vaccination and immunization programs for our Senior Care Plus members, to employer health fairs for our employer group members, to at-risk member intervention initiatives available to all members, Hometown Health operates more like a modern wellness company than a traditional health insurer.
And as a wellness company, Hometown Health is committed to taking an active interest in each and every member’s health and well-being, long before they need medical services.
